Cons (-) I booked my room thru Kayak one month prior to my stay I called the hotel in advance to confirm. The hotel stated we had no reservation. I called Kayak third party and after 2 hours of speaking to more than 4 different departments I was told we are sorry the hotel was overbooked and there was nothing they could do. Cons (-) Floor was dirty upon arrival, housekeeping did not clean the room at all even thought the floor was dirty upon arrival. They ration towels, 2 people 2 towels, not sure if there is a towel shortage or not.

Cons (-) Housekeeping was awful during this trip. Safety was also a concern. A door leading outdoors was propped open, and when I came home after dinner I saw it open at the end of the hallway. I was alone, and felt scared.

Pros (+) Loved the hotel, clean and had a great room overlooking FTL beach
Cons (-) Surpise $35 a day resort fee, super overpriced room service, and crazy overpriced gift shop completely ruined the experience for me. They will gouge you when you get here. Stay away!

Cons (-) - Broken elevators, so one had to go twice as long to get to the beach. - Unexpected $40 resort fees which did not even include beach umbrellas. - Lack of bathroom privacy in the room. Who in its right mind puts a window facing the room in the bathroom with only a small plank shutter. Overall this is a mediocre hotel at best. There are much better choices nearby like Hilton and W.

Pros (+) The staff was courteous and friendly. The Location is perfect for anyone that enjoys being on the beach.
Cons (-) No self parking and Valet was a bit to high in price.
