Pros (+) Beachfront location via privately connected bridge, close to everything on the beach in Ft. Walton Beach. the staff at the hotel is amazing!
Cons (-) We had no problems with this location. I would bet its hard to find anything you wouldn't like here.

Pros (+) The staff is great young people. Really good quality.
Cons (-) Courtyard's use to have great beds and one of the reasons I book them. I have stayed in two this trip and the beds are more like a Best Western and not a plus. One in Louisiana and this one in Florida.
Pros (+) Hotel was new with modern decor. Rooms and other areas were sparkling clean. Hotel staff was very warm and friendly. Rooms have views of the Gulf as well. Hotel has a wooden pathway out to a pool with a bar that also leads out to the beach.
