Pros:Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Nice buffet breakfast. Clear pool. 1 minute drive to free parking for beach. 6-7 min walk to the beach from the hotel. All the staff were very nice. 5 minute drive to Destin with no traffic. 15 min drive with traffic. Short drive to the grocery shopping at Publix. Short walk or drive to restaurants.
Cons:Room door opened to the open hall way.
Pros:Great location with a water view from the top floors.
Cons:Building showing its age despite a modern updated feel. Some peeling paint in the bathroom.
Pros:It was very clean and right off highway.
Cons:There is no real dining room to have your breakfasts so you have to grab food and go back to your room. It was very hot as hallway have no a/c and the one elevator in whole building was very slow and hot! Also it is not "right across from ocean" as your view is other buildings actually on the water.
Pros:-Quick entry/exit process (seconds for each). -Staff responded immediately to an issue with the TV and repaired within 2 minutes. -Bedding was reasonably comfortable.
Cons:-It was clearly either a smoking room, or the previous tenant smoked in the room. There was no mention of that. -Small detail, but it seemed odd to not have even a small trash can in the bathroom. -Could use some modernization (mini fridge/microwave/coffee pot).

Cons:The Room Service started off OK but slowly declined. I.e. No bed making unless told, no fresh shower mat. Room seemed somewhat damp. Nothing dried out very well especially bathroom. Brkfst items declined after 9am on certain days. Poor ventilation thru-out. A nice heat lamp in bathroom would b ideal Condition of room clean but ceiling & curtains need upgrade
Pros:All the staff that we dealt with were polite and helpful. Rooms were clean for the age of the hotel. Close to public beach and restaurants. Easy location.
Cons:Shower heads were weak and had a very wide spray. It was difficult for my 6 year old to wash her hair.
Pros:Very worth the money for one night before checking into our condo. We will definitely try to stay here again next year. Check in was easy Breakfast was great (waffles, biscuits, cereal, pastries, coffee, juice, etc) Rooms mostly Looked and felt clean Beds comfortable Staff very friendly
Cons:The floor/carpet had my bare feet dirty after just a little bit of walking be around barefoot, but I'm not sure that can be helped because so close to the beach. Wasn't a huge deal, We just kept our shoes on once we realized it. It won't keep us from staying here again bc the rest of the experience was great.

Pros:This being a great Location was the only thing that saved this review.
Cons:The stench of mildew was overpowering the room. It left everything feeling damp and musty. A good suggestion would be to install a dehumidifier in every room. I could not walk on carpet without shoes on. I will not be going back nor do I recommend to anyone. Hope this review helps someone who is considering this hotel.
