Pros (+) The Staff and Location made up for the facilities themselves.
Cons (-) This is a very worn out hotel. Needs a facelift. Our first room was very poor (next to AC units ground floor..no view..and very dark and claustrophobic) We did ask for a change and got a better room. The rooms are overall dark and need updating..based on my 2 looks? The resort had signs all around about No Smoking..but there WAS lots of smoking..by pool and Tiki Bar. Overall the weekend was nice.....

Pros (+) Liked that it was on the beach and two pools.
Cons (-) Room was very dirty, moldings had splattered something on them, mold in the ice bucket, the entire stay from a wed to a sun we had no room service no towels or no trash taken out of the room.

Pros (+) Our over all experience was great! The room we had was in the 300 range, which is closer to the view of the pool. Hence it's loud if you have small children it will be loud at night til 10pm when the pool closed. I recommend the family with kids or early sleeper get the higher floor.
