I chose Pousada El Refugio due to all the great reviews and I was not disappointed. Once we had booked the accommodation the owners Ole & Lupe dropped us an email with airport pickup, falls pickup / dropoff options. After a number of emails backwards and forwards we locked in a car for the day to take us to both sides of the Falls (Brazil / Argentina). When arriving at the Pousada my wife and I were very happy with our choice, every possible detail was catered for. Even down to the cute mini fridge in the room. The breakfast was excellent with so many great options to choose from (fruit and cake a personal favourite). Ole was so very helpful with dining recommendations and generally making our stay perfect for the few days we were there. I would highly recommend this Pousada and would not hesitate to go back.
