1) Room was well-furnished and spotlessly clean. Bed comfortable. Desk was very solid. All the little amenities. 2) Excellent location, just one S-Bahn stop (or half-dozen tram stops) from the Main Train Station. Many cafes and bistros within immediate walking distance. On a street with a wide, tree-canopied walkway dividing the two directions of (sparse) traffic. 3) WiFi signal was strong and reliable in my room. 4) Room was entirely quiet (even with the window wide open) with a decent view out the window over the top of nearby buildings into the sky. 4) Free coffee and tea all day long in the lobby, which is quite unusual for Europe at this price range. 5) Service was good and welcoming. 6) Good value for the price.
1) Room was a bit smallish, though still adequate. (Bathroom size was normal.) 2) The little refrigerator did not seem too cool, but maybe the temp dial was just on the wrong end.
large rooms, clean, easy drive to airport
limited restaurants in area, free parking is only on street - not necessarily by the hotel
Not bad, very cozy, friendly staff and free wifi. Only paid 40 euros for a night for a international flight out of Frankfurt and got a good deal. Surrounding area is a little shady but everything else is alright. Staff even called a cab for me to go to the airport. Cab to the airport was 25 euros, only bad thing.
The surrounding area wasn't nice. Had a pile of garbage in front of the building next to it and parking isn't good.
Very big room (apartment-style), quiet location, 5-10 minutes walk from train station, very near city-centre, polite stuff, fresh breakfast, free tea and coffee in lobby, cooking facilities in room.
Room was not ready at 3pm (had to wait half hour), heating was broken and constantly fully on.
Double room small but bed comfortable; very little clothes hanging space (some of it in front of the TV!) Good breakfasts.
Single room appeared to be a converted tiny kitchen, complete with cooker. Room unacceptably small.
The staff are wonderful. I booked a room and requested a baby bed, when I arrived they said they don’t have baby beds but I was upgraded to a 3 person room free of charge. My toddler was happy in his big bed! The breakfast is wonderful and served early starting at 06:00, we had an early departure so this was perfect! Parking is parallel on the street, but seemed to be safe and I am totally picking about where I park my new car. Overall I would stay there again!
Please do not advertise baby beds if you don’t have them, it makes it difficult for families with young children to pick a hotel with the correct amenities.
Clean, friendly personal, good location, cosy room, free parking
A bit noisy if your room has windows on the road side( I had to use earplugs), quite small breakfast room (not always you can get free table).
Easy location to get to in the city not far from the airport. Good restaurants within easy walking distance.
It wasn't well marked, so we drove by it once or twice which was a little confusion in the city traffic
Friendly people, convenient location, clean and comfortable for it's class.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Free car parking facility
The double room could have been slightly bigger as it was the same size as the single room that we had booked but with 2 beds.
Family hotel with a good value-for-money relation. Very nice breakfast buffet
It was quite noisy during the night (some funny noises in the walls coming from water pipes or something.
