friendly staff, and comfortable rooms
in the hotel description, it says there is a free wi fi. there's one but it didn't work on our floor. i spoke with the reception about this, they tried everything but it didn't work. they said they would call the technician first thing in the morning. but we left early anyway.

The staff is very friendly and supportive. The building has recently been renewed, it is nice and clean. It is next to a trainline but due to the soundproof windows you can hardly hear the trains. Good public transport, it takes 15 minutes with the tram to get to the centre of Frankfurt.
My room was very tight and there was no wardrobe in it - based on the floorplan this was the smallest room so others may be better though.

I stayed there 2 nights. At the first night there were even no soap in the bathroom. There were no telephone in the room. The towels were not clean (this last one happens sometimes in other hotels)
