Excellent location to visit Frankfurt. A 10 - 15 minute walk across the Main pedestrian bridge and through the Old Town, sees you in the heart of the city. Good breakfast. If you are lucky, parking is possible right outside the hotel, otherwise a multi-storey car park (about 10 Euros/night) is available just round the corner.
Not that it's a big problem, but room spec given on-line is that all rooms have flat screen TV. All the rooms that I saw on the 5th floor had 14 inch portable TV's, certainly not flat screens. They need to change their 'spec' so that people know what they are getting. Would not deter me from revisiting, but if you are a 'business' visitor and need all the news channels, it might be a problem.

It was very convenient for reaching downtown Frankfurt and for getting to other nearby locations (via the Sudbahnhof just a few blocks away). The room was clean and satisfactory; price seemed reasonable. Breakfasts were very good. All the staff personnel were polite and helpful. I stayed there previously (maybe ten years ago), and if I visit Frankfurt again I would try to obtain a room there, assuming that the price structure remains about the same.
The only improvement I might suggest would be an instruction sheet in the rooms concerning the operation of the remote control for the television. This is a small matter; I figured it out with the help of the maid.

Access to central Frankfurt and to transportation system. Good newspaper selection available at breakfast. Great kitchen; straight forward hotel accomodations.
Access to a computer terminal would be helpful. Many travelers might wish to make a quick check of e-mail or look up the hours of a museum. One terminal, maybe one that causes the guest to standup so that they don't spend a lot of time "surfing" would be appreciated.
