Easy check in. Parking. Close to airport. Self-serve food options.
Breakfast was great
The facility was showing it’s age.
Great value, close to airport (and woods, if you fancy a walk or run)
Nice, clean, new facility, very close to airport. Nice breakfast. Terrific value. Expansive flat woods 10 minute walk away with many paths, perfect for a little pre- or post-flight exercise.
The immediate environs are meh. No bars or restaurants close by.
Very nice breakfast. 15 minute walk from the Terminal 2.
Unhelpful, uncaring staff and lack of any welfare
No kiosk/amenities available other than drinks in a machine. Needed to source basic painkillers but none available and staff completely unwilling to help in any way. Not even offered first aid kit access. Very poor from a reputable international chain. Would not use again.
4 Euro charge for the shuttle to go 500 Meters to the airport.
Needs more signs for the location.
Ok except for the sound and some lack of informati
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was good. Always a nice surprise.
The rooms have walls that were paper thin. A family with kids was next to me and they were very loud. The breakfast was 20€ - bit steep for a breakfast, it's not the Waldorf Astoria. The staff never mentioned that you need to book a "token" on the shuttle but to get to the airport. I refused to get out because I'd been sitting in the lobby for 30 mins waiting and that was not my fault (or problem). But it was annoying.
Terrible facilities for an airport hotel
This is a run of a mill airport hotel and the room are fine.
The airport shuttle only runs every 30 minutes and they charge 4 euro to use it. And the 'free wifi' was too busy to log in to the whole time of my stay. So, basically the only things one really needs at an airport hotel sucked!
Fine for a business trip.
Nice that it was near the airport. Decent exercise rooms (pretty standard setup). Good internet speed. Clean rooms. It was a comfortable place for spending a couple nights. Breakfast was very good.
Restaurant is on the pricey side. I had a poor service experience when I went there for dinner. I started giving my order, and the waitress suddenly walks off to another table that was getting seated, returning 10 minutes later to take my order. Once done eating, it took 20 minutes to get the waitress' attention to get my check, and the restaurant was only about one-third full. I think it was just my particular waitress, for the other seemed to be paying more attention to all her tables. I decided on room service after that, and had a mixed experience. Once it came quickly, the other time it took close to an hour, although I was occupied, so didn't mind.
Airport hotel....very close.
Great breakfast included!
The efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Plus the food choice was reasonable whilst the standard was excellent.
New hotel, exceptionally clean. Friendly staff and good food.
Some staff clearly needed some more training.
I liked the room design, it's new, comfortable and clean. The view out my window was of a snow covered tree, which was quite beautiful.
I found it difficult to find the pick up point of the Park Inn Shuttle at the airport. Glad I had my mobile phone to call and ask.
internet conection, high price of the parking
At check-out I explained that when I checked in the attendant said there would be two options prompted for room internet: a 1-hour access for 5 euros or 24 hour for 14 e's. No prompt occurred and I used less than an hour . The attendant said he could not do anything about it but did give me complementary coffee and donut (5 euro value). I suggested he speak to his colleague.
I did not like the fact that the staff did not provide accurate information for internet access which I learned the next morning. I also suggest one use the hotel shuttle. It was a late arrival with early departure and I took the taxi which cost 10 euros for 4 km. The shuttle is is 3 euros.
Conveniently located for FRA airport. Hotel is new, clean and well equipped, staff helpful & efficient
The hotel shuttle bus proved impossible to find at FRA airport. Despite asking airport staff and calling the hotel reception I was unable to locate the shuttle at terminal 1. There is no signage and the bus seems to stop at a variety of unofficial and therefore undesignated locations. I took a taxi in the end and the driver said this problem is commonly occurring.
No shuttlebus from the airport
Very good hotel overall and competent, polite and helpful staff. The rooms were adequate for our stay and proximity to the airport for air tarvel and train connections was advantageous.
The hotel-airport shuttle mini-bus is a bit small; we saw guests having to wait at Terminal 2 for the next round trip due to inability of the vehicle to carry everyone back to the hotel. This is particularly for night arrivals at the airport/ hotel who just want to get to their rooms without having to wait around at the terminal. I think the 3 Euro transfer charge at checkout should be included in the room rate instead of being paid seperately.
The hotel was obviously very new. The proximity to the airport was great and the price was extremely reasonable.
The shuttle service could run between the airport and hotel more frequently.
Beautiful new hotel. Great staff .
Very, very, very difficult to find by car.
