Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bugs, and poor upkeep. While several reviews mentioned friendly and helpful staff, especially individual employees, the positive impact was limited by the overall negative experience. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it acceptable and others disappointed. The location was occasionally praised, but issues like malfunctioning elevators, uncomfortable beds, and inadequate amenities were common complaints.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Breakfast was okay
Cons (-) The room was run down and in disrepair, & wrinkled awful carpet. It was rated as “excellent ‘, which I based my booking on, and it’s far from it. No restaurants within reasonable walking distance either.
