Pros (+) Everything there was great, it may be my go-to hotel when traveling. Very spacious
Pros (+) In addition to the facilities being so much nicer than expected, the staff was incredible!!! Without exception every staff member we encountered was polite, helpful, resourceful, and courteous.
Pros (+) Nice pool, waffle maker on the breakfast bar, good size fridge/freezer. Housekeeping ran the dishwasher - non of the usual extended stay / condo rental guest responsibilities. Friendly desk and breakfast staff. Animals welcome for a fee, but they will be evicted if they cause a problem for the neighboring rooms. Self service laundry cheaper than a laundromat. Spacious room with plenty of surfaces ...
Cons (-) Breakfast scramble and breakfast sandwiches came cold in cello wrap with a microwave oven for reheating. Fridge was not completely quiet. Smoke detector (?) flashed every minute or so. Aggressively softened water left me feeling unrinsed. Signs explain default housekeeping schedule, but housekeeping showed up when unexpected and asked me to sign an opt-out form when I declined service that day.
