Pros (+) Friendly staff. Good location.
Cons (-) Room was not completely clean prior to checkin. The manager had to come and clean up after the maids.

Pros (+) Everything was great. Had an awesome breakfast. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Short was from main strip in Gatlinburg.
