The view and bed linens
The coffee. Fresh brewed in lobby would have been nice. Furnishings were scuffed badly.
The breakfast was the highlight of this hotel. Rooms are over priced for their age and size.
Last minute getaway... amazing!
The location was fabulous along with the Mountain View!
Everything was wonderful and the price was also great
The outdoor area around the hotel and the pool. Of course the cookies were fantastic!
Great view of Mount Le Conte. Above, and away from all the activity in Gatlinburg. Very friendly, and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. The restaurant was very nice; good service, good food. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. And the cookies at the front desk!
We stayed for a week, most people/families don't, which means that there are a lot of rooms to turn over every day. House keeping has more than they can handle, and on two occasions our room was not cleaned until 5:00 P.M. Check in appears to take a while (that wasn't the case for us), not sure why.
It was very clean and staff was very helpful and nice
The pool had way too much chlorine all the kids were coughing and their eyes were burning but the area was very clean.
Everything we expected and then some. Staff was courteous, and rooms were quiet. Can't wait to come back again.
Great place, but not quite handy to downtown.
Pool and lounge facilities were top notch. Beautiful building. Amazing view. Because of the view though, you end up quite a ways outside of Gatlinburg proper. Also the bed was akin to a hammock, which my back objected to
The overall stay was great
The staff could be better
We tried a different hotel closer to town. HUGE m
I loved how safe and welcoming The Park Vista is. The family pool area was outstanding! Enjoyed!
Ate dinner downstairs at the onsite dining area. Didn't care for the Greek Chicken w/Couscous. Very dry
The location of the Hotel was great. It was very scenic up on the hill. The food was good. The stay was very pleasant
We enjoyed everything
i felt like i was in a beautiful resort set in the mountains...i would defininetly stay there again.
the service at the resturant...it took way to long to get our food and at the buffet the food was cold but that was the only thing wrong there....the rest was wonderful..
Very convienient for the Smokey Mountains and Gatlinburg. A short drive also takes you to the start of the trail that leads to the Rainbow Falls.
The restaurant was shambolic. The place is set up to assume you want to eat at the buffet. Any request from the menu seems to upset the staff. My wife had the worst steak she's ever been offered. Also don't be fooled by the scenic views presented in the advertisement. This is a round hotel, if you're at the back of the circle (room numbers 05 to 12) on one of the lower floors the view extends over the roof of the swimming pool as far as the otherside of the pool and nothing else. The reception also made it clear at check in that they could not swap the room as the hotel was full. I have to say the place didn't seem very full and the impression given was that you'd got a cheap room via Booking.com so you get the rubbish at the back.
