Large balcony & over sized room, breakfast included in price
No mention when booking of the lack of air conditioning & the fact that the top floor rooms required walking up a flight of stairs.

Good basic hotel but be warned it lacks air conditioning
This is a good basic hotel. It is near the CIGC conference center (a 10 minute or so walk) and bus to the airport (#5) as well as to the old town center (#8). Breakfast is extra ((15 Swiss francs) and I didn't use this option. There was a hot water kettle in the room with instant coffee and tea which worked fine for me. There are cafes nearby and a few modest restaurants, plus a supermarket. I was given a bus pass good for my stay when I checked in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Electric adapters are available from the front desk. The room was quiet and comfortable.
Geneva was having a heat wave when I was there and it was uncomfortably warm in the room. A fan was supplied. Only one window could be opened and that only a few inches so it didn't cool off much at night when when the temperature cooled down.

I stay there for three nights. The bed was comfortable and the room in good condition. The tram was 200 meters away.
The breakfast was typical not as rich as I expect. The desk quite small for the notebook. The wifi was an expensive option.
