Good location, close to train station and Genoa do
The reception people was very helpful and nice.
The room was small and the queen bed was made with two individual mattress, it is uncomfortable because you feel the division
central location with a basic plus hotel
very close to the center of the city and the train station
Very, very hard to find with GPS and a good sense of direction. Small hotel signage at the end of a busy one way street - with very limited parking. Good if you are walking or taking a cab - nightmare if you are driving.

The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgable and very efficient. The guest rooms were comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping staff is outstanding. Excellent selections available for the continental breakfast. Sorry did not see any egg items available.
I suggest that the front lobby and reception areas be upgraded to create a positive impression upon arrival. My first impression upon arrival in the lobby area made me question the status and quality of the guest rooms. Fortunately, my overall experience was very positive.
away from the centre so nice a quite on a night, also not to far to walk for sightseeing. It is ok for use as a base
could do with some new carpets
