Clean and Modern Interior
Clean and modern interior. Location was great.
The appearance from the outside. No hairdryer in room - we had to go down to reception to ask for one.

Room was small but compact. Bottles of water, tea & coffee with biscuits left. Flat screen t.v., iron board etc. Very good value for money and staff very helpful - let us book in early for a wedding elsewhere.

I stayed at the hotel because I was visiting my sister in Lenzie and she had no room for me at her house. I have stayed at the hotel previously and have found the staff to be helpful and polite.
The only thing I found inconvenient was that the hotel did not have a lift.

could not sleep for the noise people shouting bottles being dumped until 3 in morning it was ridiculous

A nice location with a good view of the hills from the outdoor bar seating area. Room was compact for a twin room but was clean and included all the required facilities for a goods nights stay.
Our room window could not be opened properly to allow ventilation as it was screwed together, it made the room very stuffy and hot, at least a fan helped.
