Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's cleanliness and daily housekeeping, with many noting that rooms were tidy and towels were changed regularly. The staff received mixed feedback, with some guests finding them friendly and helpful, while others experienced rudeness or unhelpfulness. The location was convenient for some, but the numerous stairs to the beach or pool were a challenge for many, especially families with children. Food quality and variety were often criticized, though a few guests found it satisfactory. The pool and amenities were generally enjoyed, but there were complaints about early closing times and extra charges for beach facilities.
