“I will never ever in my life will return to that facility it was absolutely terrifying there were lots of people hanging around outside in the parking lot smoking marijuana And playing trashy music including the staff if I could’ve call the police and reported all of them I would have my room on arrival reeked of marijuana and animal urine and feces the smell was unbearable it made my children and myself sick the windows do not open so therefore we couldn’t get any fresh air but it wouldn’t matter because the parking lot reeked of marijuana because everyone was out there Doing the same thing and when I asked for assistance or to change my room all the other rooms that they showed me stunk just as bad I did not feel safe at the property and the cleanly list was absolutely despicable the beds were dirty sheets and dirty comforters upon arrival the floor was sticky and nasty and spotted up and it just smelled horrible I came with three children including a baby and my baby got sick shortly there after I asked for a refund and got the hell out of there but before doing this I asked the manager that was on staff at the time for assistance and to clean the room or to change the room and for sheets and things and he told me that he would get it for me when he got off of work that’s not proper customer service when you expect someone to stay in the room is dirty upon arrival you make a right but it was just absolutely disgusting in the most horrible experience that I have ever experienced in my life I will never ever use another Motel 6 especially that Location and I have told everyone The worst part about it was after asking the manager for Assistance and he told me after he gets off work he will bring things to me or try and make things right he did nothing of the sort and that he was busy and when I looked out my window he was outside riding a hover board smoking pot with the crowd worst experience and worst place ever I would rather sleep in my car then sleep there!!!”

“expected the King room but was very pleased with the extra room for getting dressed and hair and make up! The air conditioning worked great. The room was very clean and spacious.”
