Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely food, would go there again.
For our purposes, exploring the town and family history, this hotel had everything we needed....spacious accomadation, excellent food, and a pub, overlooking the sea yet easy-walking distance of historical Yarmouth. The staff were friendly and personnable.
Same as all hotels now....no smoking!
Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast :)
As per usual, not enough info regarding facilities, tv ect
The inclusive breakfast was very generous and cooked to perfection. The room cleanliness was excellent with fresh towels every day being and necessity with the sandy beach!
Location fabulous, breakfast fabulous, air conditioning fabulous, all in all pretty fabulous
It could certainly do with a lift and a facility to enable guests to have a late drink if they require one as in most hotels the night porter will do this.
good size room/light & airy with great view of beach & pier/comfortable big bed/staff friendly & helpful at all times - we had an enjoyable stay
thought refurbishment would have been completed - didn't expect scaffolding outside our windows- that said it didn't spoil our stay since we were out most of each day/the bathroom was a good size but rather sparsely furnished
the size of the room and en suite was excellent, very nicely decorated, plenty of hot water to have a bath, and the location of the hotel was perfect. the view would have been beautiful if we could see out of our window.
there was no off road parking and the only place to park where u didnt have to have a permit was pay and display, (luckily the machines were broken so we didnt have to pay.) and the only other thing that was wrong was our sea view was totally blocked due to work being done to the front of the hotel but we were warned about this when we booked so cant complain really. we just didnt realise how bad it would be. would definatly go back to this hotel once all the work has finished.
Lovely freshly cooked English breakfast! The girl welcoming us was very friendly and helpful.
The television did not work but that is all.
Much of the breakfast menu unavailable.
