Pros:I forgot my room key in the room, the guy at the desk was nice and helpful getting new ones made right away for me
Cons:The toilet sounded like a jet when it was flushed, the shower/bathtub constantly ran water and when switched to the showerhead most of the water still came out the faucet to fill the tub
Pros:Location
Cons:The room was dirty, stains on the wall and the bed was worn out and the AC had tape holding on the units controls on not and when it ran it sounded like in was about to explode. Beer bottles and trash in the parking lot. Will not be staying with them again.

Pros:Bed was comfortable, good size room that was also pretty clean. Plenty of available parking and close proximity to the nearby mall and the I-40.
Cons:When I arrived around 1am after driving all day the computer systems were down. I either had to go up to my room and wait and bring my card down or leave my credit card info for incidentals at the front desk. This made me very uncomfortable as I have had credit card fraud before, although I did it because I was exhausted after driving 10+ hours. There also was no on site laundry which was ok, and the morning breakfast was mostly sugary cereals.

Cons:Wasn't clean and smell terrible. We try a second room was the same. we cancel the reservation and left.
Pros:Clean. Friendly service. Good location. Safe. Great price.
Cons:Disappointed that the pool was closed. I was not notified until we checked in. Having little ones it would have been able to use. Some of the walls could be touched up where fixtures had been moved. One of our rooms had a fridge, the other did not.
Pros:Housekeeping was above and beyond standards. Clean room sheets and all the extras i could ever need... Well kept, and well designed. For such a low price its a much better stay than others in the area! They go out of their way to give you a great stay! I will be back! I dont see what others have reviewed? Great area, beautiful pool, clean and well prepared rooms, breakfast is hot and plentiful, and comfy beds!

Cons:Hope your not an earlier riser for coffee because it wasn't ready till 7ish. Juice machine was broke down and cereal was stale. Ice machine wasn't working. Pool was green first day we arrived and couldn't use due to chemicals. Cleaners took our PERSONAL hygiene supply out of restroom and when we confronted manager he stated that was ridiculous and argued with us, not once trying to apologize for our inconvenience or make it right. Customer is not right at this hotel. Night shift spent more time fraternizing with the single patrons outside and had to wait for her to come inside to see what we needed. WIFi was basically non existent. Won't be coming back here!!
Pros:I like the fact that it was close to were I was going, I love the fact that it had a Microwave and refrigerator in the room as well as a Ironing board and Iron, I liked the full length Mirror and Table and chairs. The room had everything I needed. I totally enjoyed My stay there and would consider The Howard Johnson rooms First wherever I may be traveling. Good prices and clean room.

Cons:exterior of building in poor cond., no remote for tv., had a mixup in the price I booked online and motels price but we got that fixed.A man with a key for that room started entering and realized we were in there,they rented my room to someone else.
