What is not to like about this hidden jewel - clean, comfortable room with a friendly and courteous staff, all packaged together for one of the best values I have had the pleasure of experiencing in my 30 plus years of business travel
I can only think of something very trivial - no kleenex (facial tissue) box - the sub freezing outdoor temperatures brought out the sniffles.

Room not fully clean. Furniture old and worn. Small things in the bathroom: no place to put the soap in the shower; no shelf to place your personal items around the sink.

“Convenient to highway”
“NO hot water for 2 days. No one at desk. No one answered phone. I check out early because of the hot water that still wasn't fixed. They REFUSED to refund balance of my stay. Corporate never replied to my complaint, hotel didn't repond to BBB complaint. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN”
