Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially for events at Expo Guadalajara, and highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, with several guests noting clean rooms and public areas. However, there are repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds and mattresses, as well as concerns about value for price, with some guests feeling the facilities and services do not match the cost. Some negative comments also mention issues with room maintenance and slow elevators, but overall, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stand out.AI-Generated from customer reviews
