Pros (+) The cost and location were great, and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were also quite comfortable.
Cons (-) The bed sheets could have been longer, and occasionally there might be a problem getting something to work perfectly.

Pros (+) The rooms were nice and clean, just as the photos show. We went to the restaurant for dinner, and that was really, really good with a wide variety of Mexican dishes. The breakfast buffet was good, too, with hot and cold items. The prices for both of those were great. Dinner for 20 people was 2429 pesos, or about $130; breakfast for 20 was 1829 pesos or $100. It wasn't far to walk to the cathedral ...

We had a large group, though, so as the coordinator, it wasn't really a lot to ask for the number of people we had (I wasn't just being high maintenance). Pros (+) The location was amazing, close to all the main places for my visit
Cons (-) The room was kind of small
Pros (+) The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower great. Overall great room. The staff at the front desk were awesome and so were the men who took care of the cars. I would not call them valets because they seemed to do a lot of different things, but they were awesome.
Cons (-) There is a disco somewhere near and it was a little noisy. Not so bad but if I would have ear plugs it would have been better.
