Pros (+) I've stayed here many times and this hotel just works. Great rooms, great central location, and lovely (although unheated) pool and pool area with bar. Regularly scheduled events (including live mariachis on Wednesdays) every night in the lobby bar. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had anywhere in the world. Pros (+) This is a great place that is always very busy for a reason. Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, and a nice courtesy lounge with free snacks and drinks for when you are in a rush and need something on the way out..or just want to enjoy a beer before heading to your room/pool.
Cons (-) I'm not sure what happened with my room this time, but the pillows were completely awful. I was in a room with 2 double beds and all of them were no good. Later in the week when I moved rooms to a king, they were much better which improved the overall quality of the comfort.
