best hotel in the area, no doubt
After trying the other 4start neighbour hotel the WestIn is definitely the best...BY FAR:
It was a great hotel. The beds were very comfortable. I should've of rated a Excellent but, the reason i only gave it a "good", is because there was no pool. But I also loved the starbucks downstairs.
I didnt like temperature in the rooms. It couldve been a little cooler but we managed.
Nice people, very clean, excellent for what we needed that trip, we just needed a nice place to spend the nights, while visiting family. Comfortable and great facilities for adults.
No facilities for kids.

Front desk staff and cleaning staff we very friendly. Rooms were nicely furnished - bathroom is beautiful. Location directly across the street from the convention center. Beautiful Bathroom
Bed and pillows very uncomfortable, not the Westin Heaven Bed that is advertised. Bar was understaffed and very slow service. Secluded from the city, good for conventions but you must travel by car if you want to eat outside.
