“The hotel is great. The sizeable room, the amenities, the location (about 10 to 20 minute walk to most of the popular sites), the breakfast, the cleanliness, the heater/air, but beyond everything, the staff make this place spectacular. So kind and so very helpful. Kitty helped me before I arrived as well as during and even helped me to plan the remainder of my journey by giving me some tips and advice for my further travels down to Yangshuo and Xingping. As a foreigner, the options are a bit limited during this time of Covid, but she went the extra mile to try to accommodate the best she could. Her family were also so kind and helpful and always there when needed. This is definitely worth booking!!”
“The Inn was close to the railway station, which made it very convenient. There was also bus station with numerous buses just a few steps down the road (for example bus no. 3 to the Reed flute cave, or others to the centre etc). The room was very spacious, with a big comfortable bed. The bathroom was beautiful. There was heating and WiFi. The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful, and they can organise a river cruise for you too. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend the Inn.”

“Manager is super-supportive and kind, the only drawback is that she is the only one speaking English there, so the staff calls her when you have some question/request. In general they bare very kind and helpful. Location is good, close to the old town/center. Staff will wait for you outside to help you get into by elevator (4th floor).”
“Very nice and helpful people, some of the workers have good english level, good location, quite good internet for chinese hostels, good and cheap breakfast (better book it once there), tour offers are cheaper than agencies (and all went good), clean bathrooms (shower and toilette are separated). So all perfect, highly recommend!”
