Pros (+) great location in the center of Tay Ho's bustling expat scene. The rooms facing West Lake have great views.
Cons (-) the AC could not be turned down from 18 degrees, there was no wifi and no hot water for the shower despite leaving on the hot water heater for several hours beforehand. Add a small lumpy hard mattress and a leaky shower and it was a fairly uncomfortable stay all around
