Staff were friendly and helpful. Room size was more than adequate. It would have been helpful to have a clock in the room as well as a luggage rack. The lighting was not adjustable and much too bright. The shower stall felt like an aquarium, a grab bar would be greatly appreciated.

Cons (-) We were so disappointed that we had to pay for parking and you know that it's busy weekend and second elevator was not working , very disappointed, room were so small, not happy at all and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone again
