Pros: The hotel was centrally located to the main train station which was fantastic. The staff helped us as soon as we walked through the doors and there was a small refreshment stand with candy and water. The rooms were small however clean and the window opened to overlook the lovely landscape of Heidelburg. The sauna area was lovely and very soothing after a long day of travelling. However the water station is as empty and there was a mountain of dirty towels with few clean ones to use. The beds were comfortable however the sheets where scratchy and made for a mediocre sleep. On the plus side, breakfast was lovely and had many options to choose from. Would attend again if the rate was less as scratchy sheets make for a less than perfect night's rest.

Pros: The beds and cleanliness was fabulous. The location and value were perfect.
Cons: The phone and its outlet were damaged and broken. We reported this upon checkout. We also found the room to be quite dark and lacking adequate lighting.

Cons: Parking is expensive though street parking is available. Internet is expensive (Euro 10-20) and is slow even with the "premium" option. Cleanliness not up to the standard expected of a Euro 140+ hotel.

The premium access is charged 10 euros per 24 hours for a promised 100 Mb line...I paid and I had 3 Mb !!!! Despite a complain, nothing back ! the bar is also very limited :(
