Unclear terms at booking. Was told at pick-up that we had to pay $/km. It was a shock and an unpleasant experience. Cons:
There was no insurance cost included in the quote. I never saw a rental car quote without insurance included in the package. Also this is misleading information as it is forbidden by law to hire a car without insurance. Price ended up being more than twice what was quoted. I would have selected a different car if I had all the information that I needed to make the right choice.Hertz
