The owner was very accomodating and let us check in five hours early. Also breakfast was wonderful
we only got room service every other day.

Bus Station in front of Hotel, Very Friendly People, Easy to find, Nice but Noisy Restaurant, Adequate breakfast.
Not really a 3-star hotel. I think 2 stars would be more appropriate for the rooms, 3 stars probably appropriate for Lounge and Restaurant. Internet expensive at 3 Euros/hour, not available in the room, only available in the Lounge, but very fast and reliable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a small pool especially for young children, and restaurants, mini markets, beach and shops very close by. Close enough to the motorway to get where you want to get easily.

This was a great hotel, I would recommend it. The location was great - a quick walk to the beach, a bus stop right in front, a supermarket right next door. They have a restaurant on site if you don't feel like going out. The staff is very nice and friendly. If we ever return to Crete we would stay there again.
The room is very sparse (which wasn't a problem for us, but might be for others) and the breakfast was minimal.
