Dark and dreary. Bathroom extractor was noisy. Room was just so tiny
Very dirty and overpriced.
We liked getting a refrigerator, lock safe and washcloths. We also liked being close to public transportation and restaurants.
The hotel is in much need of repairs and is very dirty. The carpeting in the hallways are stained and smelled. The bedroom carpet was newer, but had stains. We found that the comforters were to heavy, so my wife removed the inner blanket so that she could use the outer cover and found that the inner blanket was dirty, stained and looked like it had brown urine stains. The hotel must have figured that nobody would look at what was inside the cover. There was no body or shampoo soap left in the shower or sink and we had to use our own. When trying to turn on the shower, the shower door directs the water spray out onto the bathroom floor causing it to flood. The sink faucet will spray out of the sink when turned on more then just a trickle. This was due to having a spout that was to long for the sink. The parking charge of 15 pounds for rediculous since you already pay a high price for the hotel and also the two handicap parking spaces are the furthest ones from the hotel entrance. Breakfast is not included and to purchase food at the restaurant 29 in the hotel is rediculously overpriced. The neighborhood in general is not a very clean one aND is rundown with boarded up properties. Outside you will find a lot of litter, homeless people begging and soliciting as well as homeless sleeping in alleys and store doorways.
Small room for one person excellent spot
Very close to tube station...
Ironing board collapsed when used, requested a replacement, never appeared. Sink sprayed water all over the bathroom when turned on Restaurant had a secret menu which you had to ask for but how could you when they kept it secret??????????
I will never ever book this hotel, It was awful.
The Hotel staff was very sweet and ready to help us if we need anything
The bathroom is very poor and wifi
the location was excellent near to trains buses and shopping
everything was fine
I think it's an average hotel i would rate it at 3 *** not 4. A/C are not working properly.
As stated above A/C is not working.
There is absolutely nothing that we liked during our stay in this hotel
It was dirty and uncomfortable. It certainly doesnt warrant 4 stars , a premier inn is better
Really stylish and contemporary. A touch classier than more expensive accommodation. Great facilities. Friendly efficient staff. Fantastic value for money.
room was fine staff excellent
booked because of beauty treatments etc, not available, lift not working, impossible to read temperature on air con, lighting in bathroom very poor
Lovely rooms very modern
A bit difficult to find. Car park expensive
location is close to work in Hounslow
as i said, very clean facilities and nice decoration of the room
everything is non-smoking
