Pros (+) Nothing. Seriously could not think of a benefit if you paid me to do it.
Cons (-) Not just dirty but absolutely FILTHY. I am a man, I have served in the army. I am not squeamish about some dirt but this was vile. I think there were not cockroaches because even they decided it was too much for them. The guys were so rude its indescribable. I lack the words.
