To whom it may concern, On Thursday, 7/29 my partner and I left our room after spotting two cockroaches. When I approached the staff to ask for a new room, they offered to spray roach repellant in our current room. Pros (+) There were "snacks" for breakfast. I chose hotel because of location to convention we were attending.
Cons (-) My standards are pretty low - I often stay at motel 6. That said Only stay here if you have NO other option. Entire hotel smelled like smoke. Our room had roaches. Had that roach infested smell. First room was non smoking but opened the door and hits you like a brick wall. The staff did relocate to different room (described above.) Shower had very little pressure. Won't be going back.
