Very bad location, so many sketchy things going on, this hotel needs rebranding to a quality inn, has nothing to do the name Hyatt I’m used to

Pros (+) It's a very convenient location, rooms are clean and spacious. Great value for the money.
Cons (-) nothing really not to like, overall it was a pleasant experience and this trip was only a couple of days. But a quick note that the area in general is not a very safe area, so don't recommend walking around.

Pros (+) We experienced outstanding customer service during our stay. There was a young man, Johnny, who worked at the front desk and was particularly attentive to our needs. The breakfast workers- Ms. Loretta and Mr. Keith were very friendly and helpful. Our shuttle drivers were also very accommodating. Pros (+) I enjoyed the stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. The main reason was the front desk employee. "Summer" was very friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in the door. Not only was I greeted by a smile but she took the time to give me directions and locations of some key places that I needed. I felt kind of bad for asking so much but she did not seem to mind at all.
Cons (-) House keeping would come by and check to see if someone was in the room before check out time. I use that time to sleep.

Pros (+) free airport shuttle, staff packed us a breakfast bag to go since we had to leave before hot breakfast was served. Clean.
Cons (-) comforters had seen better days...were very worn down. Further from airport than I would've preferred.
