The facilities look a little run down or aged. Also there was a new guy at the reception (can't recall his name) but he had no idea what he was doing. For example i had a late checkout requested earlier and confirmed by another staff. This guy tells me checkout is 12pm for me and when i mentioned i had already requested and been given a late checkout then he fumbles and agrees. I understand new employees take time to learn but there must be some minimum knowledge in place before a staff interfaces with customers. Hope this can be improved. Thanks I was in Room 809.
