The staff at this hotel went ABOVE and BEYOND to make our stay amazing and special. Antoniette and Stephanie were both phenomenal and their training in customer service was evident. I wish they could train more companies to treat customers in this way. I will share this information with everyone interested in staying and definitely return!! Cons (-) The pool closes before 10:00, and it's a main attraction, it's coming apart, and it's SUPER cold even in August. The smoke detectors go off when you dry your hair. Very annoying. No complimentary breakfast unless you pay a LOT extra for some overly-fancy room. This place looks so much better than it actually is. Very expensive and doesn't offer anything special.
