Absolutely top notch. My room was more like an apartment. Incredible view, modern and clean, and an amazing stay overall.
Nothing. It was perfect.
Not very pet friendly. Dismissive and unhelpful st
The hotel is very new and modern, the rooms are large and the kitchenette is a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and the TV in the bathtub was an added bonus.
We chose this hotel because they allow pets and we were transiting Korea overnight with our service dog. We asked the concierge if they could find us a pet friendly restaurant for dinner since we had already eaten at the hotel restaurant (not good) twice, but instead of helping the man said something to the effect of "Koreans don't do that. We are the only hotel in all of Korea that allows dogs." A quick google search shows 122 pet friendly hotels in Korea. He was very dismissive and unhelpful, a trend followed in every interaction we had with reception, concierge, and the restaurant waiters. Perhaps it was because we are a gay couple? It was almost like they didn't want to make eye contact at all. In addition to a hefty per-night cleaning fee for having a dog, they are not allowed to be in any public area or the restaurant either, and the staff are clueless about dog related inquiries. -The cheapest bottle of wine in the restaurant was $60 and from 2015. -The breakfast buffet was adequate but for lunch and dinner the food was subpar with very limited choices. -Waiting for two consecutive lifts to get to your ear-popping 60th floor room every time becomes tedious.
