Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to restaurants, the hospital, and shopping areas. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, with several positive mentions of front desk service. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with reports of dirty floors, unpleasant odors, and insufficient housekeeping. Some guests also experienced problems with amenities such as missing kitchenware, malfunctioning electronics, and elevator outages. While a few guests found the beds comfortable, others described them as hard or uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel was seen as offering decent value for the price, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
