breakfast is still OK
bad staff in the hotel
Staff extremely kind and helpful. Large, comfortable room
The hotel is confortable and clean. I think that it is ok for families with children. Good balance between price and service
The parking is too little
the room was comfortable, clean and well equiped. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were excellent. Breakfast was fairly good too.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most spoke english very well so it was very easy to ask for assistance with navigating the local area. The restaurant was very nice as well as the beer garden. The food was top-notch. Breakfast was included and there was a nice selection of European foods. We stayed in a four-bed room which was perfect for our whole family as opposed to having to get separate rooms. They allow dogs for a 10 Euro per night fee. Old Town Innsbruck was only about a mile away, across the river...very nice location. We would stay there again.
Parking was a challenge especially with our nine-passenger van. Parking seems to be a problem all over Innsbruck. We were able to get a spot in the hotel parking lot but it required very careful manuevering to fit the van in. Although the service throughout the hotel was great, the service in the bar fell short. We patronized the bar on two occasions and both times we had difficultly obtaining service. The personnel didn't seem to have time to help us with the wine list or anything else. The hotel is located on a busy street and our room overlooked this street. We were awoken every morning at 7 a.m. by the sound of traffic and horse-drawn carriages. Not a big problem because we like to get up and start our day early.
The room was ok but hotel is on a busy street.
All of their parking was full and they weren't too interested in telling us where to park. It was a hassle.
Location, free parking, Friendliness of staff
The hotel stafff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.
