Pros: Great hotel, excellent service, and high degree of cleanliness and attentiveness to detail. Excellent shuttle to and from the airport, as well as to Sultanahmed and Taksim Square. I always stay here when in Istanbul...there is no better price to quality ratio anywhere!

Pros: Very nice room, very clean, and nice bathrooms. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.
Cons: Hotel shuttle only runs on the hour, and this was not posted or communicated. Required a taxi to get to the airport on time at an approximate cost of 15 TL.

Pros: I always stay at the Wyndham Grand Europe when in Istanbul. It is convenient to the airport (and with airport shuttle), is exceptionally clean, has excellent food service, and an outstanding. I have never had a disappointing stay her and the hotel is also a great value, as the room rate is a bargain.
Cons: Nothing! This is an exceptional hotel that meets very high standards.

Cons: I called from the room and asked about the wet bar. I was told it’s complimentary. There was no price list with it. then when I used it I was charged $65 for few cans of soda and two chocolate bars. Front desk representative refused to take it off and when I asked for the manager he said he is the manager and he won’t get anyone else to talk to. Also the water temperature in the bathroom is not consistent. It keeps changing from cold to hot and from hot to cold during shower.

Pros: Booked this hotel for my mom and aunt for a 1 night layover. They said the hotel was very nice and staff was also very nice. The only thing to be aware of is the shuttle from the airport runs every 2 hrs so u will most likely have to take a taxi to and from the hotel to the airport.
