The room was beautiful. I appreciate the AC units that stay on and not the ones that shut off repeatedly. This unit was able to stay on.

Pros (+) Had never been to Ithaca before and the staff were extremely pleasant and helped us with some recommendations for the area. Room was very nice. They upgraded us to a suite which we weren't expecting. Wifi was easy. Good location. Had pool. Would go back there in a heartbeat
Pros (+) Location is excellent, especially if you're seeing a show at The State Theater. Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice pool area and lobby. Very accommodating staff.
Cons (-) Had major problems with the TV. They were using a new system. Front desk was helpful & apologetic. They wrote off our breakfast for our inconvenience.

Cons (-) I was traveling by myself, and arrived after 9:30 pm. The Hilton Garden Inn uses the public parking garage across the street. It does not have its own parking garage in the building. After checking in, one must walk back to your vehicle to place a tag in the windshield to identify your vehicle as one owned by a hotel guest. Not convenient. No valet service.
