Pros: Located away from the bustle of the main road yet close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants on main street. Incredible value for a room in Jackson. Spacious, well-appointed and decorated room, parking right outside your room's back door! Two indoor hot tubs and a pool with heated floors were a very welcome relaxation after dinner and a few drinks at the end of a long icy day on a road trip.
Cons: Cold continental breakfast only. It was still good but adding at least one hot entree would make it 5 stars all around!

Pros: We were in Jackson during the slow April season and wanted a nice reasonably priced downtown location. Easy walk to all the downtown stores and restaurants. Not a glamorous place, but the rooms are a good size, although the bathroom is a little tight on space. A nice hot tub and pool area. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: For the price, you won't get a better location and facility. If you are uncomfortable with outside door access, you may not want this location.

Pros: Amazing and knowledgeable staff! We got a chance to meet the owner, whom gave us wonderful advice on local restaurants and finding wildlife, specifically a grizzly and her two cubs affectionately known as 399. Rooms were spotless, large and nicely decorated. The property is 50 yards from the center of town, 10 from the airport and 5 min from the Elk Refuge. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying!

Pros: The staff was very friendly. I needed to check in early and they were very nice and took my phone number to tell me when my room would be ready. The room was very nice with a kitchenette and separate TV room from the sleeping area.
Cons: They didn't actually call me to tell me when the room was ready after they said they would. I had to go back to ask. The elevator lobby to my floor was so narrow, the double stroller wouldn't fit through it. And when the housekeeping people needed to exit before I got on, there was nowhere for me to go.

Pros: The lobby area is really nice, and has a great western feel. The overall check in process was quick and easy. The rooms a really nice, very comfortable beds, really nice bathrooms and have a very boutique feel. They even have heated tiles in the bathroom, which was really nice. The room was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The overall location is also really nice, just blocks from downtown Jackson, and only half a block to the bus stop that takes you to Teton Village. For the price I paid, compared to other hotels in Jackson, this place was the best of all worlds. Would definitely go back.
Cons: My only complaint, outside of the check in process, they front desk person seemed a bit confused and disorganized. She didn't seem to know what was happening with the shuttle, and had a hard time figuring out how to get us bus passes, which was part of the stay. I think it was just this one individual vs a system wide training problem.

Cons: We stayed in Jackson at another hotel earlier in the week before our reservation at the Wort. We happened to eat at the grill restaurant in the hotel and the service was awful. Our server took our appetizer before we were finished and tried to take a half full drink of mine away. We didn't receive our entrees until an hour after we were seated with a 35 minute wait between the appetizer being taken away and the entree appearing. When we asked if our food was coming the staff was unhelpful though our food appeared shortly thereafter. I have no problem with a kitchen running behind or an order being forgotten, but it is not okay to not acknowledge the issue. They took 20% off our bill but given that the food was mediocre at best, we left very dissatisfied. We plan to come back to Jackson Hole but will not be returning to eat at the hotel, nor would we reccomend it.

They didn't have the king bed we had reserved the night we got there, but were able to switch us to one the next day--needless to say the first night of our stay was rough and we couldn't sleep well because they gave away the bed we ordered, but the staff were very helpful.
Cons: It was clean, for the most part, but we did have a rat in the walls and ceiling of our room that kept scurrying around at night and woke us up a few times.

Pros: The entire property is terrific and lovely! It is a romantic setting and the grounds are extremely well taken care of. It was an excellent experience staying there on two separate nights. On the first night, we all received upgrades to cabins but the rooms were just as nice as the cabins which we ended up staying in on the second night.

Pros: I loved everything about this place. The staff was friendly and bent over backwards to assist in any way they could. The location is excellent - close enough to be on the ski slopes in less than half an hour, but walking distance from Town Square. I loved the creekside cabins. It was very cozy, comfortable and warm. It was also quite unique and refreshing. The complimentary full breakfasts, transportation to/from the airport, to/from the ski resort, and the water and coffee in the room were all huge bonuses, and made traveling to Jackson Hole significantly easier and more enjoyable.

Pros: The cabins are beautiful. They are comfortable and relaxing. The view from the deck of each cabin is great - you are looking out at the creek and the hills. The food is very good and the service is excellent. The bed was so comfortable! We didn't it, but they have a free shuttle service that will take you not town and pick you up. This is really great since parking in town is very limited.
Cons: I wish there was a gym there. Also, it would be nice if there was someone to take your bags to your room. But otherwise everything here is perfect.

Pros: The Mountain Modern Motel is a well thought out redesign of an old motel. It is very cute and rooms are very nice and comfortable. From real coffee cups and Keurig Machine to a large kitchen type sink making dining in easy, to the comfortable beds, MM really has tried to make your stay a good one. MM is also in a great location in town and a 5 minuté walk everywhere. The best part of MM though is their extremely friendly staff and Uber quick check in.
Cons: MM was priced well for Jackson Hole, but the prices in JH are too high. Other than that MM is a place I’d look forward to staying again.

Pros: The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the location was great for the price. It was nice having an interior and exterior door to the room so we could walk through the warm hotel to get to the hot tub in our bathing suits or easily leave the room to go to town or to drive somewhere.

I'm not sure they have the best vacuums as I even found what seemed to be pizza crust on the floor when we first arrived. On the day of check-out, a housekeeper walked into our room at 9 AM and claimed we were checked out in the system. We called and told the front desk and they said we were still checked in.

Pros: The staff are really nice and very accommodating and the location is within walking distance of everything in the downtown area. The room was very clean.
Cons: The room was extremely small and very warm, even with a window cracked open. We couldn't find where any heat was even turned on. The polyester sheets made it worse. When we mentioned the temperature to the owner, when he asked us how our stay was, his response was to say we were wrong, which was weird.

Pros: Snow King has a perfect location and I cannot say enough about how incredible the staff was. Both bartenders was super kind and gave incredible service and the front desk staff was equally as helpful. You can tell that the hotel has just had a remodel, but unfortunately nothing was done to help with the noise and it is so loud. However the aesthetics of our room was very nice and we really enjoyed the hot tub, but could not get in the pool because it was filthy.
Cons: My husband and I got no sleep. We could hear everything in the other rooms... even other peoples cell phones dining. We were on the 4th floor and could hear the elevator beep every time someone got one which happened all night long. I need my sleep so we will not be returning to this Hotel.

Pros: Fantastic rooms, great location, friendly accommodating staff and a pretty good restaurant too. Only complaint is restauarant on site was great when they were good, but could be mediocre at times. Ordered a drink at lunch and it was amazing. Ordered the same one at night and it was pretty sad. Food was also brought out cold at dinner a couple of times. Overall this hotel was great though and an awesome value for Jackson Hole.

Pros: We asked to change rooms to the opposite side of the hotel and they were very accommodating. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the adults loved hanging out at the fire pit while the kids swam. Everyone loved the mountain coaster but it was a bit pricey. Fireplaces and couches in the lobby were a wonderful place to hang out in the evening.

By the time I had landed back in MSP I had a voice mail from their office asking for an address to send the camera to. This alone made the trip!
