Cons (-) The service was horrible. The woman that works the desk, "the manager", was on the phone the whole time we were there, she refused to look up our reservation. After explaining that we made a reservation through KAYAK, she started yelling at us. She stated "WE DONT USE ANY BOOKING AGENCIES!!" and that they were "all full".
