Pros (+) The price was good. We have been coming up to that area for the past 6 months for my husband's treatment at the Mayo Clinic but staying at the Hampton Inn off Butler which is twice the price. The TV was fairly new and worked well.
Cons (-) At check in the owner/check-in person was surly, barely answered our questions about the nearest fast food restaurants.Our room was on the ground floor in an alleyway going to the pool with a view of a wall.
