We arrived early and were able to park and go to lunch until check in. We were advised that our rooms could be ready as early as 2pm. We waiting until closer to 6pm to check in (check in was at 4pm). Our rooms were not available at 6pm. Our friends got their room upgraded and vouchers for free breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience, but we received nothing. Truly a dump. Air conditioning controls didn’t work, there was water damage in my room with visible mold, damaged furnishings, gated garage that still felt unsafe and would never let you out without calling the front desk… the list goes on and on. Should not be a Hilton, and in fact, may not be fit for occupancy. Choose the Hampton down the street, Marriott next door, or Hyatt across the river.
