Pros (+) To whom it may concern Just wanted to give our horible stay in your hotel i went with my parents who came from heart surgery ( my father) we had very bad time we booked 2 suites our ac was not working from 10 pm we call and call to change toom finaly at 3 am in the morning they changed room fr us to 1032 and my prents 1006 the staff are very very impolite and rude room service we order just plates...

Pros (+) The location of the hotel was great -- took the Gautrain from the airport to the hotel and back again upon my departure. The hotel itself is stylishly appointed, and every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The food was also quite good.
