Pros (+) Great Location. Clean room.
Cons (-) The App that they have has become totally useless. The staff isn't as responsive to requests without being reminded two to three times which is disappointing because I've been there twice before and they are usually pretty responsive.

Pros (+) Made it easy to take the Gautrain in to the Sandton Centre during a overnight layover in JoBurg. Rooms are small but stylish.

Pros (+) Next to Mandela Square and Sandton City
Cons (-) Rooms are tiny. No coffee maker or tea maker. Numerous small problems. There are no phones in the rooms so you have to go all the way down to reception several times to try and get the issues resolved. The staff are not particularly motivated to help.
