Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially for ferry access and proximity to local attractions. The staff are frequently described as helpful, professional, and courteous, contributing to a positive service experience. Breakfast receives positive remarks for its variety, though some guests suggest more menu rotation. Many guests appreciate the spacious rooms and comfortable stays. However, several reviews highlight issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and the hotel's dated condition, with some reporting unpleasant odors, dirty facilities, and noise disturbances. The hotel is seriously due for renovation! Other than the staff was helpful and patience to provide assistance. Room aircon was not working , the switches control was spoilt , the toilet faucet was not fixed properly , the toilet bowl internal has broken pieces , the toilet counter top was dusty.

Pros (+) I like the fact that I didn’t get sick from staying here.
Cons (-) Nothing was working in the rooms

Pros (+) There is nothing positive to comment.
Cons (-) Once you step out of your room, there is a urinate smell. Very bad odor. There are a lot of prostitutes in the lobby creating a bad environment in the hotel. Also, there are bars on the street by the hotel and it is very noisy at night.
