Basically it’s over priced and has very little in the way of actual luxury. The grounds are well-maintained but the layout for the hotel is confusing and most things are literally nickel and dime in order to maximize the profitability of the resort. They should just have a single fee in order to provide transparency and target the right type of client for this facility

The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Breakfast at the poolside restaurant was excellent. Our room was spacious and had a great balcony, but could use an update. Still, everything was clean and our overall impression of the hotel was very good. I wish we had known about the possible manta ray viewing at night from the hotel overlook!

This resort is desperately in need of a massive remodel. We had to change rooms because of severe drywall damage in our bathroom and water leaking out of the wall. They knowingly rented us this room.
